BeTheCrash.org welcomes any and all organizations that are advocating for health-choice freedoms on behalf of their groups' concerns. Affiliate Member Organizations should be aware that membership in BeTheCrash.org, does not equate support of concerns and actions of the other Affiliated Member Organizations, for which they are advocating for.

Affiliated Member Organization, to have the potential approval and support of their organization’s advocacy efforts; acknowledged by BeTheCrash.org, must submit a written request of such to the BeTheCrash.org board for approval. This must be done prior to any statement or position on the part of the Affiliated Member Organization as being part of BeTheCrash.org or being supported by BeTheCrash.org.

Any claims of BeTheCrash.org support, affiliation or endorsement without written approval will result in potential removal of affiliation of that group, individual or organization from any BeTheCrash.org efforts and indemnify BeTheCrash.org from claims of liability, by the affiliated member organizations, groups, or individuals as BeTheCrash.org does not set policy of the member organization or individual members.

Likewise, any member organizations, groups or individuals are indemnified of liability of the actions or positions of BeTheCrash.org as they are associated members and do not set policy of BeTheCrash.org
